1. Walking:  This is the simplest, Easiest and safest way to start getting in cardio.

2. Elliptical: By this, their is the little impact on knees and hips but there is still calorie burning which is the high.when you increases the incline you will activate your muscles.

3. Running: This one is easy to understand. if you train like distance runner you look like a distance runner. if you train like a sprinter you will develop a sprinter body. Steadying running burns calories but sprints to it next level.

4. Stair climber: uses more muscles then walking.

5. Rowing: Work our the lower and upper part of body and low the stress on joint and ligament.
